Offline training is when you buy offline training time and when you leave the game it trains for you.

You can buy 50 hours offline training for 100 diamonds in-game.

Online training

Online training is when you buy online training time but instead of auto training you online

it trains you when you attack monsters.

you can also double train by training in-game normally while online training.

You can buy 2 hours online training for 50 diamonds in-game.

Both of these make training stats incredibly easier and faster.
